Refund policy

Cori Michelle accepts returns for store credit or refund. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days *not business days* (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

IMPORTANT: You must receive return instructions from our customer service team before shipping returns back or else the return will be ineligible for refund. 

- All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.

- Final sale items include all discounted items of 30% or more and gift cards. These cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee and Cori Michelle has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
